Very true, mixed emotions.

But I think, at the end of the day, this will all work out for everyone. Jon gets his cigar related business venture and a very commercial site, and we get another place that has a less commercial, more intimate feel.

I think everyone, the 11, Jon, and Dave, handled this pretty professionally with almost no animosity.
