No, you won't find this in any Mcdonalds, but you can make it at home!

Really not that hard, you just switch out the sausage or ham for some nice salmon lox, but man o man is it good…

If you want some tips, use lots of butter, salt your muffin, stick with american cheese and place your soft egg over the salmon (so the yolk runs all over).

I do the exact same thing but I use a nice toasted bagel instead of a muffin, I use cream cheese instead of american cheese and i don't put any egg anywhere near it. :-)
