I always thought those type of things were for forearm development and grip strength, and I seem to get good results indirectly from heavy bicep and back exercises.

Partly for showing off I think with Captains of Crush. Good indicator of grip strength though. A friend just turned me on to this device. He has the 1.5's.

So did you "close" them, Moses? Sounds like they make a pretty big deal of it if you close one of the 3 toughest models.

Barely closed the 1.5's, but that was after 2 bottles of port and 3 bottles of wine between two people. I am not that strong through :-)
