I have not tried this specific cigar but I have tried the two Rockies that are listed below it as "Customers who purchased this also purchased"
La Herencia Cubana
Rocky Sigs
Rocky R4's
Based on my experience with them I would be able to say with confidence that I would not enjoy the new offering.
Then again we are all different right?
If you buy some, post a review to let us know your thoughts.

I saw those also and my personal opinion is, CI's trying too hard to get into the "house" blend ala Thompson's, and we all know what those are like.

I think these are made at AJ Fernandez's factory, along with the Sol Cubano CC, La Herencia Cubana, Man O' War etc...... I love all those smokes, but have yet to try the Reposado, but I'm betting if don't like his other offerings, you may not like the others.

I bought a bundle some 2 weeks ago. They are currently going through the mandatory drying out phase. I will most certainly try one in a few weeks and do a review.

I'd like to try some, but they are sold out, or backordered, and knowing CI, they wont have em in again for a long time.

Any update on these? Notice cigar.com has em on special.

I smoked the Habano and it's a good decent smoke.

For what it's worth (seeing as it's been over a year since the last post), the habano wrapper Reposados that I've smoked are probably the best $2.50 cigars I've ever smoked. Considering the existence of the J Fuego Origen Originales, that's no laughing matter!

i've had one in my cooler for like 6 months or so. Too big a cigar for me. I may get around to it in the spring while fishing.

I've had a couple of these and sent out a couple in some bombs. Not a bad stick at all for the price. It's not gonna blow you away nor is it a dog rocket but a good smoke if your doing something like Doug said fishing or BBQ.

I've Had The Habano & Connecticut, But Not The Maduro. They're Decent Smokes That Burn & Draw Well.

Ive had the maduro and the habano quite a few times. I agree with drez on this one. Very good cheap stick.

I haven't gotten around to trying the maddies, but the habanos are great, cheap smokes. My only gripe is that habano wrappers tend to tear when used with a cigar minder on the golf course, but that's not specific to this stick.

I have tried a few of the Habanos and enjoyed them. They aren't the biggest flavor bombs, but well worth the $2.50 price tag!

They are a good smoke for the $2.50 price tag.

I tried them a couple years ago. Out of the cello, tastes like hay. After a few months, taste like hay. I think they are popular only because of the price point and that they are figurados. Figurados have a certain mystique to them. Their shape alone should make them exceptional.

I've had a few of the maddies and for a cheap smoke there pretty good. Let them sit for a while.
