Like a lot of us here I have back problems. I found the Ageless Mobility DVD and started practicing. I'd heard mixed reviews about Scott Sonnon's material from a martial arts community I'm on but he seems to have some good knowledge. These exercises are great and with the first warmup exercise I could feel my neck decompressing and my thoracic spine stretching.
I think I'll try out the Intu-Flow stuff next. His TACFIT is a little beyond me right now.
