It has been way to long, but I am finally going back to the gym. I used to go for a while, and felt the best I ever did, but then life got in the way. It has been about 4 years since I have last been. I figured that I have about 30lbs. to drop and would just generally like to get back into a shape that doesn't have a circumference.
Figure that I will probably jsut start off with some cardio tomorrow, bike or elliptical (shin splints have made it tough to jog), not sure, but we will see when I get there.
If i don't make it back, it was nice getting to know you!
