my MIL brought a can of this stuff over a few Sundays ago. Im a HUGE pancake fan (buttermilk of course), and I can honestly say this stuff is crap. The result was flat, tangy (not in a good way) pancakes, that I would be embarrassed to serve to a guest.
Unless Im making my own batter from scratch (Alton Brown has a great reciepe) then my preference is Aunt Jamima's Buttermilk
