Had one of these today with some Macs Apple Pie 'Shine.

What the hell was I thinking? :-) This thing was horrid...sugar coated tip to start, then straight sugary, rotten apple flavor with a hint of what tasted like burnt cinnamon followed. I gave it the old college try (for about an inch) and then had to pitch it. :-) :-) :-)

Came straight in the house and handed the remaining 19 to Kellie and said "They're all yours babe".

LOL! Sometimes the flavors just don't translate well to a cigar. I'm a huge, HUGE, Irish Whiskey fan. About two years ago I picked up a couple Erin Go Braghs thinking they might go well with a glass of whiskey or on a cool night a nice Irish Coffee. I wanted to like them...I really did. But to me they tasted like the very last bit of aftertaste you get about 20 seconds after swallowing cheap whiskey, not exactly the flavor profile I'm looking for. A shame... :-)

Have you thought about trying to make your own infused cigars using your shine?

Mac I would have been far more surprised if you said you actually liked them. Unless this is just a sly cover so we give you your man card back. :-)

I tried to enjoy it and actually wanted to. Guess it just wasn't meant to be.

was able to purchase singles at a tasting last week. Bought a couple for the wife. She really enjoyed them. I didn't care for the taste of them but they sure smelled good.

If Kellie doesn't like them you could always bring them to Dom's BBQ and give them to Brendon. It would pair well with his Horse and Buggy. :-)
