So what can I say, it's been a long, long time since I walked into a B&M and bought some cigars. I found some interesting stuff that I can't quite find info for on the interwebs. Anyone who can offer up opinions or just background on the following would be very helpful...

Padron Family Reserve #44 (long pyramide) and #45 (fatty)

Fuente Rosado Magnum 52, 54, 56

858 Sungrowns (certainly these can't be the OR ones from like 02-04 or so from that contest?!)

Lots of God of Fires in tubes but none in the old coffins... do they make these anymore?

Thanks for any help. I used to know this stuff backwards and forwards but I seriously felt like a total newb when I went in there the other day.

Depends if you bought it at a B&M or online. :-)

Yeah, cello is of much better quality at B&M...

There are threads here on those cigars if you care to use the search function :-)

All of those brands sound fake. Avoid. Stick with the names you know and trust. Like Gurkha.

Cello is always on. If I get cigars with no cello, I send them to a 3rd party to be celloed or wrap them in tinfoil. I usually reuse the tinfoil I used for leftover ham to recycle.

Do you take it off before lighting them, Scott?

Why bother? Cello is odorless and tasteless and has a nice texture.
